Meeting Registration

The Registration Fee is $350 and includes three (3) breakfasts, three (3) lunches, a reception, and refreshment breaks. Registration is due by November 11. After this date, the registration fee increases to $400.
Hotel Reservations

The IATRC 2011 annual meeting is being held at the TradeWinds Hotel, 5600 Gulf Boulevard

For hotel reservations after November 10, call the hotel directly: TradeWinds Reservations Dept, 800-808-9833 (toll free US and Canada), or via the direct main hotel number 727-367-6461. Individuals will need to identify themselves with the IATRC group.
The IATRC's group rate of $109, which guarantees a "Tropical View Hotel Room" through November 10, will still be honored based on availability. However, after November 10, if "Tropical View Hotel Rooms" are not available, "Standard" or other types of rooms may be substituted.
Ground Transportation Options
Tampa International Airport (code TPA) is the closest large airport. Ground transportation from the airport to TradeWinds Hotel takes approximately 30 minutes. Several options are available.
